Our service department training is designed to help your consultants, managers,
and technicians be more effective in their interactions with customers, and more
efficient in executing department operations. The program includes the following
training services:
- Service consultant training—Focusing on the skills related
to dealing with customers, such as customer treatment, customer handling, selling,
and communication.
- Warranty training—Covering skills needed for warranty administration,
including warranty analysis and how to enter information into your system.
- Management training—Training managers on “visioning”,
sharing visions, managing staff and department finances, and performing operational
analysis.
- Parts manager training—The Parts Management College provides
parts managers with marketing, motivational and financial management techniques
to impact department sales and improve the dealership’s bottom-line profits.
- Body shop and collision center fundamentals—Instruction on
vehicle design and crash dynamics, writing accurate estimates, workflow, customer
satisfaction, insurance company relationships, and the role the collision center
plays in the overall dealership.
